DS owners can play Prince of Persia: The Fallen King

I thought video game developers were moving away from DS games that look like they belong on the GBC or GBA. Ubisoft’s upcoming Prince of Persia: The Fallen King proves me wrong. So while next-gen console and PC owners will be getting a polished Prince of Persia installment, DS owners will be getting this (look at the screen shot to the right).

So in Prince of Persia: The Fallen King, the Prince is in trouble and decides that an abandoned, old, deserted kingdom would surely be safe. Except the Corruption, this inky black stuff that is infecting and changing everything, is already there. While searching the abandoned, old, deserted kingdom, the Prince encounters the Magus, a creature that is only half Corrupted, and decides to find a way to stop the Corruption with its help.

As for gameplay and touch screen usage – apparently people will be using the stylus to fight and do acrobatic tricks. Also players can switch off between the Prince and the Magus.
