Blood on the Sand

It was only a matter of time before someone picked up the recently dropped 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand.

According to a listing at Australia’s Office of Film and Literature Classifications (found by a member of forum site NeoGaf), the financially savvy company smart enough to pick up a guaranteed million copy seller is THQ.

Even though the first game, 50 Cent: Bulletproof, was a critical failure, the game did go on to sell a lot of copies thanks to 50 Cent’s name. This, of course, made the announcement that Activision would drop the game as part of its intellectual properties purge during the forming of Activision Blizzard a bit shocking seeing as this game is destined to be a money maker even if it turns out worse than its predecessor.

The plot of 50 Cent: Blood on the Sand followed the rapper holding a concert in the middle east. When his payment, a crystal skull, is stolen by extremists, he goes on all-out rampage in the way only 50 Cent could to get his payment back.

Yeah, I see the dollar signs rolling in right now.
