Some very lucky Gaia Online members are going to have golden tickets. Gaia Online’s browser-based MMORPG, zOMG!, is going to be entering open beta soon, but before that, 8,500 Gaia Online members who’ve registered will be given a golden ticket to participate on October 27, 2008.
The Gaia Golden Ticket isn’t a new idea. During the entire development of zOMG!, Golden Tickets have been used as a means to gradually allow Gaia Online members a chance to participate in the open beta period of the new game. Unlike most open betas, where anyone can come and join, the zOMG! open beta is first being opened to Golden Ticket holders, then longtime Gaia Online members and finally the general Gaia Online community and public will be able to play.
The storyline of zOMG! is that inanimate objects are coming to life and attacking people. So players must defeat these Animated creatures, reconnect the towns of Gaia, take missions and save the world. Fairly standard fare, but since the game has no requirements, it may be worth checking out to see how it turns out.

It's easy if you have the battle ring.. You start off in a train just learning to follow instructions and you're sent on a mini-quest to find plungers and grunnies. Once you complete that you will enter a world of your chosing. I'm in Barton' Town if you need further help. Still looking for Leon.
