La Tale undergoes a massive update

If you decide to log into La Tale today, you’ll notice some substantial differences. OGPlanet has just announced a massive update to the free-to-play, sidescrolling MMORPG. There are now new places to explore, new dungeons to conquer, pets to adopt and new character customization options.
The substantial additions to La Tale are the free ones. There are 11 new zones to venture through and level up in. There are also two new dungeons to conquer, The Moon of the 16th Day and Pyramid Treasure Vault. Character equipment can now also be improved by enchanting or upgrading them. Pets and pet accessories have also been added to the item shop, and a beauty shop is now available, where you can change your avatar’s hair and face.
It sounds like La Tale is creeping close to becoming a viable alternative to MapleStory, the other 2D, sidescrolling MMORPG. Soon, personal preferance rather than available features may determine whether a person players one or the other.
