Bummed out about not being in the exclusive Call of Duty: World at War beta? All your friends have beta codes and have been enjoying shooting each other to pieces in a next-gen World War II setting, meanwhile you are stuck playing Call of Duty 4, that modern warfare game. If only you could get into that beta you cry out!
Well, chin up there soldier, the guys over at Activision need more recruits to strain their servers and test out the latest chapter in the Call of Duty series.
As of now the beta is open to everyone on both PC and Xbox 360 provided you have an Xbox Live Gold (see, I told you almost everyone). Draft tables on the Marketplace now and all that Activision asks is that you commit 820MBs of your hard drive.
Hurry up because the game is expected to engage in full combat November 11, 2008!
