Sony giving away Qore Episode 7 for free

Sony is feeling a bit festive this time of year and wants to spread some holiday cheer to its customers. Today’s (December 4, 2008) PlayStation Store update will offer the latest edition to Sony’s monthly video magazine, Qore, for free. Qore is usually paid for either through either an annual subscription or by a per episode basis. Think of this as an early holiday present from our friends at SCEA.

Episode 7 of Qore will feature a deeper look into what Skate 2, Bionic Commando and Flock has to offer. By now we pretty much have a decent idea of what Skate 2 and Bionic Commando will be like but we haven’t seen too much of Flock lately.

Flock seems to be a puzzle game where a space ship is trying to abduct sheep. The premise helps me to crack a slight smile because it’s always fun to abduct creatures from a flying saucer. Flock is being published by Capcom so that should help its credibility a bit.

A few goodies always come along with Qore episodes and the latest show will be no different. Subscribers and non-subscribers alike will have access to an exclusive Killzone 2 theme and the chance to play the latest game in the ArQade called Blast Qore. Annual subscribers will also be able to download a demo for Flock.
