Clever shirts at Glennz Tees could be a perfect Christmas gift

Clothing is always an iffy holiday gift. Unless you really know someone well, its a delicate situation. I mean, you don’t want to put effort into picking something out, only to hear, “You’d have to pay me to wear this.” If you take a peek by Glennz Tees though, you may find a neat and clever last minute shirt for a gaming or Sci-Fi fan on your shopping list. Plus, since they’re T-shirts, if by some off chance the person you buy it for isn’t thrilled, they can just use it to sleep in or as a swimsuit cover-up. Plus, they’re reasonably priced – most shirts are $19.95.

There’s a wide selection of shirts, and quite a few video game ones. Sprite Stitch was quite taken with the Ground Defenses T-shirt, which depicts a soldier painting another Space Invader on the side of his tank to keep track of his record. Guitar Hero fans might want Living Room Legend, which depicts a Guitar Hero guitar controller smashed into a TV. (You can see it at the right.) People who enjoy the various Lego games may want the Evolution shirt, which shows a Lego man evolving from a single block to the Lego man we know today.

There are also quite a few shirts that are more pop-culture centered. For example, I couldn’t help but smile at Modern Pirates, which shows a hook hand holding an iPhone. A map with an X location marked is shown on the screen. The Risky Engineering Jenga tower de-construction shirt also pleased me.

You can also create a custom desktop calendar, where you pick out which image you’d want for each month. That will cost $12.95, and could make someone happy throughout 2009.
