There’s more to growing crops and raising livestock in Funky Farm 2

Sortasoft’s latest game has just released Funky Farm 2: Farm Fresh, the casual puzzle/simulation game where you have to create and maintain a stylish and crazy farm. This Funky Farm sequel adds in lots of new elements, like both timed and untimed modes, lots of farm animals and plants to raise and tons of new accessories to dress your critters up in.

Even though Funky Farm 2: Farm Fresh may not look as flashy and streamlined as many commercial or even a few other independent games, it does have a sort of whimsical appeal. Plus, it’s lighthearted approach and ability to not take itself too seriously helps make it more entertaining.

There’s free demo, so you can test the game out. It’s only 16.3mb, so it won’t take long before you can test drive this quirky kind of farm management game. You do need to have a PC with Windows 98 or better and DirectX 8.0 or better though, or else that download will be for naught. The full version costs $19.99.

I don’t think I’d trust the produce that’d come out of any kind of Funky Farm. I mean look at them! They put hats on horses and accessories on chickens and goats! Who knows what else is going on there.
