Learn more about the Guilty Gear fighters in Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus

A new Guilty Gear game is on the way, and only PS2, PSP and Wii owners are going to be able to experience it. Aksys has just announced that in Spring 2009 Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus, reportedly the most balanced game in the series, will be arriving in North America.

There a number of features, designed to lure people to the latest addition of this game. The cast of 23 fighters from Guilty Gear XX Accent Core return, with a whole new Story Mode to provide a new wealth of information on the characters. Not only will there be more comprehensive stories for all characters, but the background story segments will all have voice acting. In addition, Kliff Undersn and Justice are being added in as playable fighters. There will also be the ability to have a team of three fighters when participating the the Versus Mode. Mission Mode, Survival Mode and Gallery Mode all also return.

I’m so glad to hear the news about this release! I was all set to go and get Guilty Gear XX Accent Core, but now I’d much rather wait for the updated and improved Guilty Gear XX Accent Core Plus.
