Red Xbox 360 bundle a reality

I know it’s short notice, but you need money. Fast. A little over $400, to be specific. And you need it by March 13, 2009. Microsoft has just confirmed the existance of the limited edition, red Xbox 360 Elite Resident Evil 5 bundle on Xbox.com. If you want one, you’re going to have to be prepared.

This bundle ensures you’re ready and prepared for the Xbox experience. The limited edition bundle comes with the typical bundle components, like the obvious red console, 120 GB hard drive, matching red wireless controller, a copy of Resident Evil 5, a headset, a 1 month trial Gold Xbox Live subscription and the required cords. It also comes with some great bonuses – you also get Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix and a Resident Evil premium theme only for bundle owners.

If you want one, I’d suggest checking around to see if you can place a preorder. Or maybe prepare to ditch work/school on March 13 so you can hunt one down on launch day. When a company says an item is limited, they really mean it.
