Peggle and World of Warcraft collide in an unexpected manner

Love Peggle, but don’t want to actually pay for it? Congratulations, there’s a solution. To help promote the fact that the PopCap games Peggle and Bejeweled can be played in World of Warcraft, PopCap games and Blizzard Entertainment have created and released a free, 10 level Peggle game.

Peggle: World of Warcraft Edition is a 10 level, stand alone game of Peggle that can work on any PC> Each of the levels has a World of Warcraft theme to it (like “Too Soon, Executus”) and the familiar Peggle characters Bjorn and Splork have donned WoW style attire. This version of Peggle includes a normal Adventure Mode, Duel Mode and Quick Play.

The Peggle: World of Warcraft Edition game is a free download. It’s only 13.4mb, so it’s a quick download as well. The only downside is that it is for PCs only, so Mac users won’t be able to experience the WoW and Peggle mashup.
