Playlogic’s newest game, Fairytale Fights, is a very twisted hack-and-slash platformer that pits you as one of your favorite fairy tale characters whose glory days have long ago passed. You set out on the seemly-innocent task of saving the fairytale world from disaster but instead thrown into many colorful and exciting levels of action packed combat, fairy tale story lines and, of course, blood and chaos. Use the many weapons thrown about the land to slice and dice your way through the hoards of cute little fluffy bunnies and other enemies.

The game manufacturer Playlogic uses in-house technology to make Fairytale Fights. the first ever game to allow players to slice through 3D characters in real time. Playlogic Game Factory has also developed a volumetric liquid system, granting liquids realistic properties, which means plenty of blood splatter that will stick to trees and leaves and other elements of the field. You can even slid through puddles of blood left by your opponents.

Some of the characters included in the game are Snow White, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (of the beanstalk fame) and the naked Emperor from The Emperor’s New Clothes. Yes, the Emperor will bare all in this game but all his glory will be carefully concealed so no worries. Possibly more to come.

Fairytale Fights will feature state-of-the art graphics, loads of characters and missions, as well as drop in/drop out online and offline co-op capabilities that allow you work with or against your partner. Finally a game I can play with my second controller!
