Central Plaza under attack!

Don’t be alarmed when you enter Central Plaza this week and hear explosions everywhere. This week in Central Plaza there’s a new display between the Listen@Home station and the bowling alley, a rather large spacecraft defending the community from invaders. Just look up and see the enemy try to bomb the area with rockets, check out this video recorded by a Home users. I looked around the internet to try and identify this aircraft and the only hint that I could come up with is that the ship is from the upcoming game Lost Planet 2.

Red Bull Island

For those Home users tired of flying the airplanes on Red Bull Island, the island has expanded to include a beach and an Illume space featuring sports sponsored by Red Bull. Speaking of Red Bull-sponsored sports, if you visit the beach you can participate in a mini-game called Flug Tag. The game allows players to fly one of four wacky gliders across the beach to see how far you can float. What is Flug Tag? Kind of hard to explain, it’s better if you see it for yourself so check out this video by Red Bull:

Saucer Pop Returns

For those annoyed by the loud noises of Turkeys, they’re gone and the Saucer Pop game returns to the Central Plaza fountain. You may find a few avatar’s dressed as a turkey dancing around the fountain here and there but believe me, they’re gone. Hopefully in the leftover bags stored in mom’s freezer where they belong.

Christmas on Home

Check out the kiosks and stores this week for Christmas themed items for avatars and personal spaces. I’m sure this isn’t the last Christmas-themed item to be released on Home this month. So deck the halls with Christmas items and keep checking PS Home Update for more items and news.
