Toys R Us After Christmas December 26,2009-January 2, 2010 sale adIf you have money or Toys R Us gift cards burning a hole in your wallet or purse after the holidays, and you didn’t get a video game you wanted, you should stop by Toys R Us. Until January 2, 2010, there’s a major buy one, get one half off promotion running on video games, video game accessories and DVDs.

There are some restrictions and limitations, but thankfully they aren’t too oppressive. All DS games, DVDs and video game accessories that cost $19.99 or less are part of the promotion. So if there was a bargain game you really wanted, or pretty much any DVD or accessory you needed, it’s probably part of the deal. Also, all PS2, PS3, Wii and Xbox 360 games are part of the promotion, regardless of their price.

In children’s video game software news, Toys R Us is also holding buy one, get one free sales. All $24.99 Leapster software and $19.99 V-Smile and V-Motion software are buy one, get one free. So if there’s a young child in your household, or one you know, you could always pick up something special.

Toys R Us is also making a big deal about a Clearance Blowout in its website’s clearance section. Apparently all items in the section are up to 60% off their normal prices. You may want to check through the site as well, see if there’s anything that interests you.
