If you haven’t gotten around to boosting that 10 online wins achievement for NBA Street Homecourt, you’ve got roughly a month to do so. Electronic Arts is powering down several servers for older versions of sports hits such as Madden and sports misses such as poorly received arcade style boxing title Facebreaker.

While EA no doubt wants to encourage you to pick up the newest versions of its sports games, a title such as NBA Street Homecourt hasn’t been receiving the annual update treatment. Madden Arcade released in November, so here’s hoping there’s an arcade NBA title up EA’s sleeve to replace the soon online obsolete Homecourt.

Another notable shutdown is Europe losing its NASCAR 09 privileges for PS3 and Xbox 360. Admittedly, I don’t know if there is a huge contingent of NASCAR fans in Europe. But since EA and NASCAR are parting ways, there isn’t much of an alternative for the European fans playing the games now. Here’s the full list of games on the upcoming server shutdown.
