CES 2010: dreamGear to offer Sesame Street DSi, MP3 accessories

Game accessories maker, dreamGear, has announced that it plans to release “a line of accessories for the Nintendo DSi portable gaming system” (according to the company’s press release) based on Sesame Workshop.

The specific DSi products will be announced during the International CES 2010 later this week (January 7 through 10, 2010). The rest of the release describes other accessories based on its i.Sound line including character earbuds, earphones and speakers for iPod, iPhone and other MP3 players.

Most items are expected to be available Q1 2011 in the US, Canada and Mexico. Specific Sesame Street Muppets mentioned in the release include Elmo, Bert, Ernie and Big Bird.

dreamGear currently recently annoucned partnerships with NASCAR and 24 Hour Fitness. The company offers accessories, chargers and controllers for all current- and previous-generation consoles and handhelds as well as the Plug ‘N Play line of ready-to-play all-in-one mini game system-controller hybrids.
