You know what’s missing from your life? A Big Daddy, that’s what. Of course, it’d be pretty expensive to buy a real, life sized, Bioshock or Bioshock 2 Big Daddy suit or statue, so I guess you’ll just have to make due with a Big Daddy plush doll from the National Entertainment Collectibles Association.
NECA has created two Bioshock 2 toys to coincide with the February 9, 2010 release of Bioshock 2 for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC. The first item is the Big Daddy plush doll, which is identical to the the Little Sister carries. There’s a product listing for it at Amazon, and when it’s in stock it’ll cost $24.99.
The other item is an EVE Hypo, which you you can use to inject EVE into you and replenish your strength. Just kidding! You can press a button on the toy to make it light up. You can always pretend though! You won’t find your EVE Hypo toy in Circus of Value machines, you’ll find it in stores like Amazon. Anime Wild and Kyoz Entertainment are both selling the item through Amazon, with Anime Wild charging $23.42 and Kyoz Entertainment charging $18.93.
How cool are these? Normally, I prefer plush toys from games, but in this case I think that the EVE Hypo might just be cooler than the Big Daddy stuffed toy.
