Good morning everyone! Isn’t that a face you’d love to wake up to? Well, if you decide to purchase the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack downloadable content for Bioshock 2 when it comes out in March, 2010, you can! 2K Games has just announced the first of what will probably be many DLC releases for Bioshock 2.
The Sinclair Solutions Test Pack doesn’t enhance the main story mode of Bioshock 2 though. Instead, it helps make the multiplayer mode more worthwhile. That handsome devil above is probably either Louie McGraff or Oscar Calraca, one of the two new characters that comes with this DLC. (He looks like a “Louie” to me, but I’m just guessing.) The DLC also increases the rank cap to 50, gives all weapons a third upgrade, adds five masks and also introduces 20 trials. You can only get some of the masks and trials after you’ve surpassed rank 41 though!
An exact release date hasn’t been announced, but 2K Games has confirmed the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack will be released in March, 2010. It’ll be available on the PlayStation Store for $4.99, and on Xbox Live and Games for Windows – Live for 400 Microsoft Points ($5).
Seems like a good time to release DLC. If the Sinclair Solutions Test Pack dlc had been released too soon, then people wouldn’t have appreciated it as much. By the time it’s made available, people will probably just be starting to get bored of the Bioshock 2 multiplayer mode options and trials already available.
