Complete Iron Man 2 Xbox 360 achievements list

Since it isn’t out yet, I’m not going to speak to the quality of the upcoming Iron Man 2 movie game. Actually, I have a pretty good idea. The history of movie-based games tells us it will likely fall squarely into the “2 out of 5 stars” category.

That’s not what important about the game anyhow.

What’s important is the sweet, sweet 1,000 GamerScore points for the Xbox 360 it offers.

Many of the achievements look story-based, as well as the standard “Kill X number of enemies.” None of those numbers are exceedingly high, for which I am thankful. That Kill 53,000 enemies running gag designers were doing was not good for completion percentage. The unknowns include how you’ll go about unlocking the various Iron Man armors.

Also of note, only the “Invincible” achievement appears to be tied to a particular difficulty level. Even on the easiest difficulty setting, this game looks like it should yield 700 to 1,000 GamerScore points without much trouble. That’s a great game for achievement point grinding, fans.

Iron Man 2 hits Xbox 360 on May 4, 2010. The game is also available on the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo Wii.

• Access Denied 10 G – Prevent Roxxon from stealing the Stark Archives.

• Deportation 15 G – Prevent the Russian separatists from deploying Roxxon Armigers.
• Power Outage 15 G – Defeat the Crimson Dynamo.
• Anti-PROTEAN 20 G – Destroy Project PROTEAN.
• Improvisation Under Fire 20 G - Save Rhodey and the Stark mobile armory from the A.I.M. attack.
• Operation Daybreak 20 G – Defeat A.I.M. and save the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.
• Stormbreaker 20 G - Shut down the GREENGRID power transmitter.
• The Bigger They Are 30 G - Defeat ULTIMO.
• Shake It Off 3 G - Recover from the Roxxon EMP attack.
• Not In My House 15 G – Prevent the first wave of Roxxon dropships from deploying their drones.
• Full Flight 15 G – Only one S.H.I.E.L.D. transport lost in the canyon run.
• Area Secured 20 G - At least 10 S.H.I.E.L.D. units survive the battle for the docks.
• Pulling The Plug 15 G – Destroy all four Tesla reactor stabilizers in under 60 seconds.
• Anger Management 15 G - Destroy most of the structures in Shatalov’s base.
• Entrapment 15 G – Reach the bottom of the elevator shaft without touching a laser tripline.
• Defensive Player Of The Year 20 G – Save all four repulsor lifts and all four stabilizers on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier.
• Brute Force 30 G - Destroy the A.I.M. Arc Armiger without using missile deflection.
• Guardian 25 G - Shut down GREENGRID without needing to repair the Arc Armiger.
• Switchboard Operator 20 G – Reposition all of the GREENGRID relays without being interrupted.
• Not A Scratch 40 G – Defeat ULTIMO with no armor damage.
• Ultimatum 15 G – Complete every mission on Easy difficulty.
• Iron Man 30 G – Complete every mission on Normal difficulty.
• Invincible 100 G – Complete every mission on Formidable difficulty.
• Fists Of Iron 20 G – Defeat 100 enemies in close combat.

• Bulletproof 30 G – Defeat 50 enemies in melee as Iron Man while Invincible.
• Ultimate Iron Man 10 G – Unlock the Ultimate Iron Man armor.
