Lunnye Devitsy is an adventure and exploration game where you must help an alien from the moon explore the world to find a way back to the moon. There are seven different ways to return the alien girl home, and you’ll have to search long and hard throughout the environment to find all of them. It’s all about ambiance, soaking p the atmosphere and solving puzzles while finding a way back.
Wake is Boss Baddie’s most recent release and is an action game with 18 achievements, an online scoreboard and Xbox 360 controller support. You are an engineer who has found himself on a ship that is slowly sinking, and you must help him escape before he drowns. Again, it’s about exploration – find your way out of the ship to escape, perhaps even find the other survivor that you’re in contact with via a radio.
I have to say, both Lunnye Devitsy and Wake sound quite similar to the freeware PC game Knytt Stories. Not in terms of story, but in terms of gameplay. (Though Wake‘s premise does remind me a bit of the Knytt Stories fan-created level “Marine.”) They all focus on exploring environments at your own pace and finding a way to an ending. Well, except Knytt Stories is free and the Lunar Pack from Boss Baddie will cost you $14.99.
