THQ Logo Oh videogames my trusted friend, why have you turned against me? We often dive into the world of a game to escape our own reality. We try to avoid things we rather not talk about and delay the inevitable. Now all our dirty little secrets are threatened to be exposed by a little THQ game called Truth or Lies.

Truth or Lies is a pass-the-mic multiplayer game that is set on calling you out. Up to eight players pass a microphone around and answer questions as they appear. The microphone is supposed to detect stress levels and tell if you’re lying. Since it wouldn’t be as fun (or destructive) to only answer 3,000 questions the game proposes, ToL lets you create your own questions as well.

Hot Seat Mode lets you record questions and direct them at your friends and family. We can already see questions ranging from,”Did you eat my cake?” to “Who’s been texting you at night lately?” This game will either be insanely hilarious or destructive. Either way ToL will be a revealing experience.

If potentially severing relationships is your kind of thing, you can pick up Truth or Lies in Fall 2010 for PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii.
