This week’s downloadable PlayStation 3 game is Joe Danger for $14.99. In this game players take on the role of Joe Danger, a stuntman who lives to entertain the audience with various stunts, as he competes with his rival “Team Nasty.” Players to create new levels to race on and edit as you play by freezing the game and making adjustments such as adding a ramp or obstacles, then unfreeze to continue the race. Players can also create challenging courses and share them with friends or play in Target Smash, Assault Course, Race, Coin Dash, Bowling Bounce or Puzzle Modes. Check out Joe Danger:
This week’s PlayStation Portable Download is Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker for $39.99. In this game players take on the role of Naked Snake a.k.a. Big Boss as he tries to uncover the truth behind a mysterious armed force and try to preserve peace in a nation without a military in the 1970s. Fans of the series will love the stealth elements of all MGS titles, in-depth storyline and replay value while enjoying the online supported 4-player cooperative operation mode. This mode allows players to share items, equipment and life gauges during their online battle or allow one player to take the lead in “Snake Formation” to accomplish their missions. This week PlayStation Comics releases its Facebook application called Superpower Friends. The application generates questions about what would happen if your Facebook friends suddenly gained the abilities of your favorite comic superheroes. Players will have the option to customize the questions and choose the friend you want to invite to participate. Otherwise the program randomly selects a friend from the Facebook page and randomly generates questions based on your comics. Each time you answer a question you are rewarded a coin which can be used to unlock additional features such as a screen that displays every answer you and your friends have completed or superpower gifts that can be sent to friends.
