For example, you can get a $20 Target gift card when you buy two video games or game accessories. The catch is, both of the items you buy have to cost over $39.99 so you need to spend at least $79.98 to get the gift card. The Target ad that will be included in your Sunday newspaper tomorrow shows a sampling of some of the games and accessories that are part of the promotion, but really any video game or peripheral in your local Target that’s over $39.99 applies.
In other Target gift card news, you can get one if you buy an iPod Touch or iPod Nano. A $25 gift card comes with a $295 32gb iPod Touch, and a $10 gift card comes with a $145 8gb iPod Nano. You could always use that gift card to buy an iTunes gift card from Target to pick up some apps, games or music for your new device.
There are also two good computer game deals. Those who’ve always wanted to get into World of Warcraft, but haven’t yet, can pick up World of Warcraft for their Windows PC or Mac for $9.99 and get the Burning Crusade expansion pack for free. Also, any Sims 3 Windows or Mac player can get the latest expansion pack, The Sims 3: Ambitions for $29.99.
