The free DLC actually gives Valkyria Chronicles II players two new missions to experience – Exercise vs. Class E and Exercise vs. Class F. As you can guess, both missions pit your group against an opposing class, with certain conditions that must be met to win. In the first mission, you must defeat all enemies. In the second mission, you must capture the enemy’s encampment. Both missions will be available via the PlayStation Store with the preorder code once the game launches. Also, judging by the Sega America Blog‘s use of the word exclusive, it sounds like you can only get access to these two missions by preordering.
Unfortunately, there is a catch. In this case, you only get the preorder incentive for Valkyria Chronicles II if you order it from one store, a little place called GameStop. So if you really want the game and exclusive free DLC missions, head over there and reserve your copy so you can get the code to get them. Don’t worry – whether you preorder in-stores or online, you’ll get your DLC code. Just make sure you also have $39.99 handy to actually pay for the game!
