GamesCom 2010: Viewtiful Joe, Dormammu get their kicks in Marvel vs. Capcom 3

At GamesCom 2010, two new fighters in Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds were revealed: Capcom’s Viewtiful Joe and Marvel’s Dormammu.
Viewtiful Joe was the star of a couple of his own games and Dormammu is an enemy of Marvel’s Sorceror Supreme, Dr. Strange.
As a cool aside, the mystical Dormammu notes that Devil May Cry’s Dante is a demon hunter. I can’t wait to see what other little Easter Eggs they have tossed in for the die-hard fans.
The Marvel vs Capcom series is one of the most acclaimed in the fighting genre and, since the announcement of a third installment, we’ve been eagerly absorbing any info about the roster. Capcom also hit us with a new trailer.
Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is scheduled for a Spring 2011 release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
