The Sims 3 and Sims 3 Ambitions are Amazon’s Deal of the Day

If you’re having deja vu, it’s easily explained. Exactly two months ago, on July 7, 2010, Amazon had a very similar video game deal of day promotion. It was selling The Sims 3 for $28.54, The Sims 3 World Adventures for $21.99, The Sims 3 Ambitions for $29.99 and The Sims 3 High End Loft Stuff for $14.99. If you bought Ambitions then, I bet now you’re wishing you’d waiting.
Of course, if you buy both The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Ambitions at once today, then you’ll come out about ahead. Together, you’ll pay $53.98, whereas if you’d bought both games during the July 7 deal of the day you’d have paid $58.53.
There’s also another option. If you want the game and expansion pack and don’t want to order it online, then head to your local Best Buy. The Sims 3 and The Sims 3 Ambitions are both on sale there for $29.99 each.
