The new Kinect bundle will come with a 250GB Xbox 360 S, the Kinect camera and Kinect Adventures. The previous bundle contained the same things, but includes a 4GB Xbox 360 S for $100 less. Another difference is that the 250GB bundle will retain the glossy finish found on standalone Xbox 360 S consoles with large hard drives. All consoles will continue to have built-in Wi-Fi support and the option to add more storage via a (maximum) 16GB USB flash drive.
The UK will also be getting this bundle. It will sell for £299 across the pond on November 10, 2010. The UK is one of the few European countries that will be able to take advantage of Kinect’s voice recognition capabilities. The countries in Mainland Europe will have to wait until 2011 to get this feature.
Microsoft will also be showing off new Kinect games at the Tokyo Game Show which runs from September 16-19, 2010.
