So just what in the world will you be doing in this game? 20th Century Fox says Family Guy Online is designed to be enjoyed either by yourself or with friends. The game will be sending you off to familiar locations in the Family Guy world such as The Drunken Clam and Lake Quohog. You’ll be engaging in some quests at those locations, but it isn’t clear what those quests will entail. You’ll also be running into regular characters tied to the Family Guy cast.
The writers for Family Guy are also involved in Family Guy Online’s development, so the general feel of the game shouldn’t feel disconnected from the TV series.
Family Guy Online will be free-to-play.
If you’re heading to Comic-Con, you can check out Family Guy Online and maybe even get an autograph from Adam West.
