Level 100 Reshirams and Zekroms coming to Pokemon Black and White

Time to get a new, free pokemon! Nintendo’s going to be holding another distribution event from March 10-April 8, 2012. All Pokemon White owners will be able to get a level 100 Reshiram with Blue Flare, Draco Meteor, Fusion Flare and Mist abilities. People with Pokemon Black will get a level 100 Zekrom with Bolt Strike, Fusion Bolt, Haze and Outrage. If you have White and want Zekrom, or have Black and want Reshiram, you’re going to just have to find someone willing to trade.

To get your Reshiram or Zekrom, you’ll need to have access to Wi-Fi. Set up your DS, get in range and choose Mystery Gift. As long as you have less than 11 Wonder Cards, which are how all downloaded pokemon are distributed, you can claim a new Wonder Card for one of these power houses. The next time you load up the game, visit a Pokemon Center and talk to the official next to the counter to get your legendary.

Aside from the opportunity to get a free, dragon gem carrying, max level legendary, this distribution also means your in-game C-Gear can be updated. If you made a Pokemon trainer account online and use the Pokemon Global Link, you can send your new legendary to sleep to get a Reshiram or Zekrom C-Gear skin. You’ll also unlock a new Pokemon Dream World area to explore online.

So there you go. You now have a reason to play Pokemon next week.
