Own a Vita? Good. Sony’s got a job for you. Well, technically it’s Tarsier Studios, Double Eleven and Sony XDev that needs your help. LittleBigPlanet is in development for the handheld and it’s getting closer to a finished product, but the developers need feedback from the people who are going to be playing it. That’s you. Which means it’s time to ask people to sign up for a beta!
Signing up is really easy. All you have to do is submit some basic information and answer three questions. Sony needs your PSN ID, your email and your birth date, so the company can contact you and determine if you’re old enough to participate. Then, you’re asked which LittleBigPlanet games, if any, you’ve played and if you’ve ever made and shared a LittleBigPlanet level before. Finally, there’s the most important question – whether or not you own a Vita. Oddly enough, there is an option to answer “no,” but if you don’t have one now I’d suggest not bothering. You’d just be wasting people’s time and maybe even taking away a beta spot from someone who deserved it.
Now, signing up doesn’t guarantee you a beta tester position. It just means you might get to be one of the lucky few to play LittleBigPlanet on your Vita before anyone else and help shape the final product. Still, it doesn’t hurt to take a chance and try to register!
