It’s time for that inevitable part of the year when Microsoft begins to look for participants for the latest Xbox 360 dashboard update. If you want to be among the select bunch who gets to experience new Xbox Live features before anyone else, sign up for the beta before space runs out.
According to the blog of Larry Hryb aka “Major Nelson”, the fall 2012 Xbox Live public beta will contain Internet Explorer, personalized dashboard recommendations and enhanced category search and discovery features. I think Internet Explorer will be the feature most people will remain focused on.
Signing up for the beta is the same as it has been in the past. You’ll answer a few questions, digitally sign a non-disclosure agreement and put into a pool of prospective candidates.
A start date for the beta was not announced.
