Well this is just great. No, I’m not being sarcastic. I’m sincerely pleased that a new Humble Indie Bundle has appeared. This one’s called the Humble Bundle for Android 3 and gives buyers Windows, Mac, Linux and Android versions of up to five available games. All you have to do is buy a bundle for whatever you wish to pay before August 29, 2012.

The base Humble Bundle for Android 3 includes four games. You get Bit.Trip Beat, Fieldrunners, SpaceChem and Uplink. You also get the soundtracks for all four games. If you spend more than the current average, which was $6.05 at 3pm CST on August 15, 2012, you also get the Spirits game and soundtrack. It’s not a bad deal!

This game bundle comes immediately after the first Humble Music Bundle. That one didn’t do so well. I wouldn’t say it was a failure, but I have a feeling a lot more Humble Bundle for Android 3 bundles will be sold.

As usual, you can pay whatever you want for this bundle. You also choose who gets what. You can send the money to the developers, to the Humble Bundle people or to Child’s Play and the Electronic Frontier Foundation. It’s one of those cases where everyone wins.
