Jetpack Joyride comes to Android through the Amazon App Store

One of the best mobile games of 2011 has finally come to Android. Halfbrick’s Jetpack Joyride is now available in the Amazon App Store for free. The Android version of Jetpack Joyride is pretty much identical to the iOS version. The Amazon App Store description says this game includes more gadgets, flash the dog, DJ headphones and a remixed theme song. Even without those additions, this game would still be considered a must-have for your Android device.

One thing I did notice is the game doesn’t look that great on tablets such as the Nexus 7. Everything is a little bit blurry from having been blown up to fill the screen. I wouldn’t call this a deal breaker, but it’s certainly a disappointment for tablet users.
