MumboJumbo has announced that the second installment of 7 Wonders will be available for PC on August 14, 2007. The game is has been developed by Hot Lava and will retail in stores for $19.99.
In 7 Wonders II, players match three same-colored coins to gather supplies to create the seven wonders. Even though it’s only a game, players will learn a lot about the actual, real-world wonders through its 49 levels.
Rated E (Everyone), 7 Wonders II will have more enhanced graphics and new features as well as three difficulty levels to choose from.
With all the bad vibes floating around about videogames rotting the minds of today’s youth, 7 Wonders II will continue to demonstrate that a game can teach children – as well as adults – about history. I learned more about these monumental wonders by simply browsing around the game’s website because the game piqued my interest, much as it will pique the interest of many young students.
