Gaikai will stream full games following its Facebook debut

Full OnLive integration coming to Google TVs
OnLive’s pledge to become available across a wide range of devices went a step further last week. OnLive and Google announced the cloud gaming service will be coming to Google TVs from every manufacturer. The OnLive Viewer can be downloaded right now, but the complete OnLive experience is coming in time.
Blackwell series now on Steam with updated content
Wadgeteye has been working hard to get it’s popular Blackwell series to work on Steam and they finally got there.
All four games (Legacy, Unbound, Deception and Convergence) are now available through digital download game store and service Steam.

Fresh games often come out with a hefty premium price, but the price often drops in a month or two when the hotness finally cools off. After that, the game tends to be forgotten in the rush of next “A title”, and the game doesn’t really sell regardless of the price. This is a shame, because often those “golden oldie” games of just a few months ago are pretty good, and sometimes are even better than when they first came out, thanks to patches and player mods.

OnLive for Android impressions

Yesterday, OnLive released a full Android app that allows its users to play several games on their smartphone or tablet. I’m fortunate enough to own one of the devices that is compatible with the app, and spent a decent amount of time testing it out. At about 18Mbps down and 4.15Mbps up, I believe my experience is what a lot of OnLive users can relate to. So does OnLive’s mobile offering work as well as the desktop client?
