Chicago Comic Con 2011: Patrick Stewart panel (with videos)

Wizard World Comic Con 2011 was lucky enough to get Capt. Picard himself, Patrick Stewart plus his son Daniel Stewart who was in a couple episode of Next Generation. The con took place on August 11-14 2011, the panel I saw was on Saturday 13 and was hosted by Chris Hartwick from G4.

I took a couple videos of Stewart from his panel because I believe he can say it better than I can.

E3 2011: Legend of Zelda Symphony at Nintendo press conference (video)

As you’re all aware by now, Nintendo kicked off the first morning of E3 with a symphonic tribute to 25 year of the Legend of Zelda. Nintendo is focusing quite a bit on the music of Zelda, in fact, offering the Ocarina of Time 3D soundtrack to the first people who register their copy of the game, as well as an accompanying CD to the upcoming concert tours.

CES 2011: Audiovox’s keynote press event

Audiovox held a press-only keynote today at CES 2011 (January 5, 2011) starring David Geise, President of Audiovox Accessories Corp.

Claiming that 67% of the world has, as Geise put it, “concluded that you need” cell phones and other portable devices, the company is focusing a lot on iPhone and iPad docks. They also have some portable Blu-ray players, an Android-based device for your car and – get this – personal hearing assistants.

CES 2011: Monster Cable’s press conference

Head Monster for Monster Cable, Noel Lee on his tricked out Segway was the corporate cheerleader for the Monster press event today (January 5, 2011) at CES 2011.

The biggest announcements were a Tron iPhone and iPod Touch Sound Dock with carrying case. It has a super sweet disc design with pulsating lights as it plays. There was also a Tron PS3 dock and universal 3D glasses…
