UFC, VUDU and more video apps now available on Xbox Live
Microsoft has continued its rollout of video apps for Xbox Live. Today, nine additional video services made their way to the service including UFC on Xbox Live and VUDU. VUDU is the online subscription-free video service owned by Walmart. It has been available on the PS3 for several months, but that exclusivity is now over.

Xbox 360 TV service announcements could come next week
A little over a week ago, sources for Digiday said Microsoft was in talks with Verizon and Comcast to deliver a television service on the Xbox 360. The sources said the Xbox 360 would take the place of a traditional cable box and will allow customers to purchase television services on the fly. A new report from Bloomberg backs up those claims and says announcements could be made sometime next week.
Jimmy Buffett extends his brand to Facebook with Margaritaville Online
Celebrities are finding Facebook an extremely lucrative virtual frontier for connecting with fans. Jimmy Buffett, the singer whose fans are affectionately referred to as “Parrot Heads,” was creating fictional towns and making millions before Zynga ever existed. A look at the musical stylings of LittleBigPlanet 2′s Toy Story DLC
LittleBigPlanet 2 received some pretty cool DLC this week. The Toy Story DLC contains everything from costumes to themed levels. Along with those themed levels are a few new music tracks that were designed just for this game. The three tracks were composed by Winifred Phillips who is also known for her musical work on God of War, Spore Hero and SimAnimals. Phillips was kind enough to provide Gamertell with all three of the new music tracks for LBP2’s Toy Story DLC, and we’d like to share our thoughts about them.
