Third party Facebook developers can no longer access user phone numbers or addresses

Facebook tends to get a wealth of negative feedback whenever it implements new features that encroach on user privacy. It recently allowed third-party developers to request more information from users such as their mobile numbers and address. You would have to agree to those terms before the application could be installed. The public fought back against this, and Facebook has reverted back to its old policy.
