Celebrate “Blob Month” just in time for the release of A Boy and His Blob for Wii

Many of us are anxious for the new release of A Boy and His Blob by Majesco Entertainment Company. It’s been almost 20 years since the last game came out and we can’t stand waiting much longer.

In dedication to the October 6, 2009, release of the game, Majesco is declaring October “Blob Month.” Each week prior to the game’s availability starting September 24, 2009, the company will be releasing new screen shots, videos and concept art for the new game. (True, the game comes out at the beginning of the month but “Blob Week” isn’t nearly as impressive as “Blob Month”). I assume they will stop being released when the game comes out on October 6, 2009 (it wasn’t stated).

Majesco’s E3 2009 lineup

Another day, another company releases details on what game it will be bringing to E3 2009 next week. This time we take a look at Majesco’s list of games which focuses only on the Wii and DS. The biggest game on the list is probably A Boy and His Blob as it returns after a being first seen on the NES. The only DS game Majesco will have is My Hero: Firefighter.

Most of its games seem to be geared towards the casual gaming crowd. Majesco can be found at booth #514 in the Los Angeles Convention Center for the entire duration of E3 2009 (July 2-4).

Here’s is Majesco’s list of games for E3 2009…
