MotorStorm Apocalypse is taking a page from LittleBigPlanet’s book by allowing players to create their own modes. The game editor that will ship with the game is actually comprised of the same tools Evolution Studios used when creating Motorstorm Apocalypse.

The image you see above is one of the maps we might be able to play on in Twisted Metal. It gives us a brief look at one of the things game developers go through when trying to create a game. Twisted Metal director David Jaffe posted this picture on his blog along with a few details on how level creation works for Eat Sleep Play.

In October 2008, a Honolulu bus driver was suspended from duty for gaming on the job. On Wednesday Honolulu’s City Council passed a bill by a margin of 7-1 to ban texting and gaming while people are driving.

It’s a pretty good idea, though it did take some heat from local prosecutors and police officer who had argued that the ban would be nearly impossible to enforce. According to KHON-TV, Councilman Rod Tam, the one naysayer regarding the bill, said, “It’s a bad bill. It’s unenforceable.”
