Brace yourself, because in a few minutes you’re going to feel pretty left out. While we here in the states have to make do with bland Dualshock 3 controllers in striking designs like black, satin silver or candy pink, Japan’s getting not just one special Dualshock 3, but two! Sony Computer Entertainment Japan is planning on releasing two particularly cool PS3 controllers in November 2011 in Japan, and so far it doesn’t look like we’ll see either one in North America.

The first controller to come out will be the one you see at the right. It’s an Uncharted Dualshock 3…

Best Buy’s May 15-24, 2011 ad is out and the deals are a bit more open this week. The focus is on two things, the PS3 and Xbox 360 adventure L.A. Noire and the Wii. Which means anyone not interested in either of those things probably won’t find any items to splurge on this week.

L.A. Noire is the biggest release of May, 2011, so Best Buy is obviously making a big fuss over its debut…

Some new additions to the DualShock 3 family will be arriving on April 21, 2011 in Japan. While these new members aren’t exactly necessary or required, it is nice to have a wider selection of PS3 equipment. That way, you’re absolutely prepared. You never know – there could come a time when a blue DualShock 3 controller or charging station could make a huge impact on your life…

Newegg’s got a sale on! A PS3 Game Blowout, to be exact. The site has discounted 12 games, and they’ll stay at a low price until February 15, 2011. Kmart’s January 9-15, 2011 ad has a full page filled with video game deals. The only downside is, none of the deals pertain to new releases. Still, there are a number of good games on sale and if you have a gift card from the holidays, you could get some good games you may have missed when they first came out.

First, let’s look at the bigger deals. If you buy a 320gb PS3 for $349.99 and then also buy an extra DualShock 3 controller at the same time, you’ll pay $34.99 for the controller instead of $54.99…

The PSPgo is unique in that it allows owners to grab their PS3 dualshock controller and use it to play their favorite games. It’s a wonderful idea, and Gametech is working on an accessory which will hopefully make it easier for people to do so. It’s a plastic holder which clamps onto the PSPgo and the Sixaxis or DualShock 3 controller to make gaming easier…

Sony is now offering the DualShock3 wireless PS3 controller in Candy Pink for the retail price of $54.99. The controller appears to be ye olde DualShick, sorry, DualShock 3 in a candy colored shell. Amazon’s got some listings for some great bundles for PS3 owners that include games and DualShock 3 controllers. They aren’t shipping yet, but on May 12, 2010 they will. And then whoever decides to spend the $59.99 for them will have a little bit of goodness delivered right to his or her door.

Last time Amazon did this, there was one bundle, an Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune and DualShock 3 bundle. This time, there are four. Each one comes with a DualShock 3 controller and a copy of InFamous, Killzone 2, LittleBigPlanet or Resistance 2. The bundle with LittleBigPlanet is the best deal, since you’re getting the Game of the Year edition…
