E3 2009: Nintendo’s keynote press conference wrap-up
Wow, we just had a lot of surprises from Nintendo. From the expected Wii Sports Resort and Motion Plus hyping, to the unexpected announcement of New Super Mario Bros. (Wii), Golden Sun DS and Metroid: Anotther M (Wii).

E3 2009: Recap of Ubisoft’s press conference
They sure dragged that one out. Ubisoft’s press conference lasted two hours with a lot of talking, a couple big-name celebrities and very little actual game footage.
The focus was on what they liked to call “confluence,” bringing games together with other media including movies, the WiiMotionPlus, the wireless skate deck controller and the web.
Games on display included Assassin’s Creed 2, Red Steel 2, Rabids Go Home, Your Shape and many others…
E3 2009: EA press conference wrapup
EA covered a lot of bases during its E3 2009 press conference. From casual games aimed towards young girls, sports games and action titles. Among the biggest games shown were Mass Effect 2, Star Wars: The Old Republic and Need for Speed Shift.
One surprise was that Fight Night Round 4 will be released one week ahead of schedule on June 25, 2009. Rock stars such as Lemmy Kilmister, Lita Ford and Ozzy Osbourne will be lending their likeness to Brutal Legend.

Microsoft’s E3 2009 press conference has just wrapped up and it’s safe to say it came out swinging. Of the avalanche of announcements that were revealed, a few stood out as being the best in show.
The Hideo Kojima mystery has finally been solved as he will be bringing a brand new Metal Gear game to the Xbox 360. Metal Gear: Rising will star Raiden and carries the tagline Lightning Bolt Action.
