There are 2 Xbox 360 250gb Holiday bundles for 2011
Memorize those two Xbox 360 bundles at the right. Know them. Love them. They are what you will be looking for in the Black Friday 2011 ads. At least, if you’re hoping to grab an Xbox 360 this year they are. Microsoft has just announced it will have two bundles to choose from this year, both being pretty awesome deals and coming with some pretty good games, considering the price tag.
Let’s call the first bundle the gamer bundle…
Target’s March 20 – 26, 2011 ad has assorted deals for gamers
Target’s March 20-26, 2011 sale ad is out now, and though the gaming section is small it still manages to offer a few deals for people who might be looking for a console or new game. You can get something free with an Xbox 360, a gift card with Crysis 2 or just some anticipated, recent releases for less than normal. All in all, there are a few reasons to stop by your local store.
The Xbox 360 deal…

Only 6 deals for gamers in Target’s January 9-15, 2011 ad
Target’s latest ad is once again very low key. There are a few sales that gamers may want to check out between January 9-15, 2011, but not many. Still, if you like Kingdom Hearts, the Xbox 360 or Xbox 360 and PS3 games, you may want to stop by your local store and use up some holiday gift cards.
There’s a Target gift card promotion running that makes an Xbox 360 purchase seem a little more attractive…
Fable III patch gives Jasper his voice and makes The Hobbes spawn
If Fable III has been breaking your heart with game crashes, quests that can’t be completed and a silenced Jasper, then head to your Xbox 360, pop in the game and do some downloading. Lionhead Studios has just released a patch which should remedy most of your problems. Best of all, you won’t need to spend hours downloading it – it’s a meager 5mb. It may seem hard to believe that 5mb of data can fix 29 major and minor problems, but it can…

Maybe something you see will be the perfect present for an important person in your life.
Just remember – if you get someone a Kinect game, be sure he or she already owns both an Xbox 360 and Kinect. Otherwise, the game will be worthless, or a bill for a $150 peripheral…
New Fable III DLC out November 23, 2010
More Fable III DLC is on the way to give you even more of an excuse to play the Xbox 360 RPG/simulation where you lead a life and eventually rule a kingdom. Well, only one of the add-ons is really going to make you want to play more. The other two packs are supplemental and just change how your character looks or your dog functions…
Target is discounting games and giving away gift cards October 24 – 30, 2010
Target’s sales for October 24 – 30, 2010 aren’t exactly thrilling, but there are a few deals on older games and promotions for newer games that might make it worth checking out the ad, if not actually walking in the store. Their biggest draws are a sale on Wii Fit Plus with a balance board, which rarely goes on sale, and gift cards for three anticipated new games…
Be glad the Fable III Kinect minigames were cut
It’s starting to sound like the lack of Kinect compatibility for Fable III might not be such a bad thing after all. Back in August 2010, Lionhead Studios stated that the forthcoming Xbox 360 version of the game wouldn’t have the promised Kinect support. Apparently, the planned motion controlled aspects didn’t seem strong enough, and the two mini-games that Kotaku heard about at the October 11, 2010 Microsoft product showcase support that notion…
Listen to Fable 3 on October 26
In video game music news, Sumthing Else Music wants everyone to prepare for the forthcoming release of the Fable III Original Soundtrack, composed by Russell Shaw and performed by the Slovak National Symphony Orchestra. Yup, it’s handling that video game soundtrack too. That shouldn’t surprise people, since Sumthing Else Music tends to handle most Microsoft game soundtracks, and handled the soundtracks for Fable and Fable II…
