After all, a few more weapons and Wanzers could give you the edge you need to conquer any adversary. Fortunately, all the DLC you could possibly need will be out within the next two weeks.

Two weapons packs are heading your way, appropriately called Weapons Pack 1 and Weapons Pack 2…

Square Enix bringing 7 games to Gamescom 2010

Square Enix is heading to GamesCom 2010 in Cologne, Germany this year, and bringing along seven games to show off. If you kept up with the E3 2010 news, or actually attended, then the games should look familiar. All seven of them were featured at Square Enix’s booth there this year…

E3 2010: Hands-on with Front Mission Evolved in 3D (PC)

During our tour with Square Enix, I walked over to Front Mission Evolved for PC. Front Mission Evolved is a departure from what made the series popular. Instead of being a turned based strategy RPG, Front Mission Evolved is a third person action game.

E3 2010: Square Enix details its game line-up

It’s the big one – the third party developer that almost everyone loves broken its silence. Square Enix has revealed it is bringing 12 games to E3 2010. 12! Can you even imagine it? And the best part is, all 12 sound incredibly promising and cover pretty much every gaming platform you can imagine.

If you’re going to be at E3, Square Enix is stationed in the South Hall. It’s got a massive booth (1647) between MTV Games and Tecmo Koei, and right behind Microsoft. It’s a good thing too, because it’s going to need every bit of space it can get. If not, then stop by Square Enix’s E3 2010 webpage to get a hint at what’s coming!

So let’s stop talking and start looking at Square Enix’s E3 2010 offerings…

Square Enix officially announces the games it’ll display at Gamescom 2009

Square Enix, which also includes Eidos now ya’ know, has decided to let the world know what games the company will be showing off when it attends Gamescom 2009 in Cologne, Germany on August 19-23, 2009. It’s a rather predictiable lineup, as Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts games will be there, as well as Batman: Arkham Asylum and Mini Ninjas.

If Gamescom sounds unfamiliar to you, it’s because it’s a new entertainment and games trade fair being held in Europe and supported by the German Trade Association of Interactive Entertainment Software, and the European Game Developers Conference is going to coincide with the event, taking place August 17-19, 2009. Square Enix is already stepping up to offer support by declaring it’s attending…

E3 2009: Square Enix’s lineup surprises

It’s going to be a very busy E3 for Square Enix this year. The company is going to be showcasing 10 games this year, among them the elusive NIER, Final Fantasy XIII and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers. Surprisingly, there’s no sign of The 3rd Birthday, Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep or Final Fantasy XIII: Versus.

The lineup of games that will be appearing is very robust, and covers every video game platform except the PlayStation 2. So, chances are Square Enix fans will find something to oogle at the event. Personally, I’m excited to see the Final Fantasy WiiWare games, NIER and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days will be there.

Let’s look over the 10 games Square Enix has stated will be appearing at E3 2009…
