InstantAction launches the Fallen Empire: Legions beta
Fallen Empire: Legions, the Tribes-esque, first person action browser game has just entered the public beta. The GarageGames Studios game is only available through GarageGames Studio’s InstantAction, a browser game site also in its beta phase. Players can sign up for InstantAction (it’s free), and then play Fallen Empire: Legions anytime they want. (Be advised – you need Windows XP SP2 or Vista to play!)
Fallen Empire: Legions is a 3D browser game which allows players to play alone or with others in two available modes – Deathmatch and Capture the Flag. Once you decide what class you want your character to be (chaingun specialist, grenade specialist, gunner, rocket specialist, sniper and sniper specialist are all available) and what weapon to use (chaingun, grenade launcher, rocket launcher or sniper rifle), you can then choose what mode to play in and if you want play on teams or on your own.

The videos were serendipitously discovered by Shacknews.com, as they were available through unprotected website links more »
