Gamertell’s 2010 Gift Card Gift Guide

The question is, where to get your gift cards from.

Which is where this guide comes in. Here is a guide of the 10 of the best stores that sell gift cards gamers want. Read through it to find the best gift cards for your gaming family and friends…

Best Buy and Walmart set to sell Facebook Credits

As the desire to purchase digital content grows, retailers have decided they want in on the profits. Walmart and Best will join Target in an agreement with Facebook to sell Facebook Credits in its stores.

Target’s retro toys holiday gift cards

OK, so this year’s high-tech holiday gift cards are arguably lower tech than previous years but they are still kinda cool.

Speed Racer gift card with USB 2.0 Flash drive, cheat code

Further demonstrating the increasing availability and decreasing price of memory, Target has put out a Speed Racer themed gift card that features a USB 2.0 Flash drive built right in.

The plastic promo gift card features a tiny USB cable (an inch long) that clicks flat into the card and can be ejected using a tiny mechanical switch at the bottom edge. It also has an activity light on the upper right edge of the card.

The internal Flash drive shows 62.8 MB total capacity with 51.6 MB of it filled with Speed Racer movie promotion items including a cheat code for the Wii version of the upcoming Speed Racer videogame…
