Atari to release Project Runway game for Wii

Atari announced late last week (October 9, 2009) that it is planning to release a series of games based on the Weinstein Company’s reality series, Project Runway.

The games will be developed by Tornado Studions and are expected to be available Spring 2010. According to the corporate press release – which first mentioned a series of games and then went on to describe a singular game – gamers will play as an aspiring fashion designer who will have to complete challenges similar to those on the TV series. The game will induce voices from the series and utilize the Wii Balance Board accessory so that players can “become the model and strut their creations down the runway.”

Bill O’Reilly is really something.

Despite the fact that video games and technology have advanced to the point where they have achieved mainstream acceptance in society, he still finds reason to complain about them. His latest victim this time is Guitar Hero, one that hasn’t led to any violence or depravity.

According to Gamepolitics, O’Reilly took issue with a specific advertisement promoting Guitar Hero World Tour. It features Heidi Klum stripping down to lingerie while trying to enjoy some “old-time rock and roll.” His problem with the commercial, as noted in his broadcast, was the fact that “children could be seeing this broadcast,” and that they should…
