One of the day’s first announcements came from Paramount Digital Entertainment. There isn’t a lot of information to pull from, but Paramount Digital Entertainment is making a Star Trek game for PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. The game is expected to be released in the summer of 2012. Star Trek will have a co-op option that puts Spock and Kirk side-by-side throughout the campaign.

It’s another groovy kids meal promotion, this time for the recently released Star Trek movie, now in theaters.

The promotion is through Burger King and includes 16 kids meal toys, each with its own sound effect, and four boxed drinking glasses.

Just got back from an advance screening of the simply titled Star Trek film and while I cannot yet post a full review, I can let you in on a bullet point list of some of what you can expect (with minimal spoilers).
