Kmart March 20-26 ad has your Crysis 2 needs covered [update]
We’re going to give you a head start in your weekend spending festivities. Kmart dropped its March 20-26 ad and it contains a respectable amount of gaming deals. You may not find yourself waiting at Kmart’s doors when it opens, but you may be encouraged to wake up a little earlier on Sunday. Next week has deals on Crysis 2, PlayStation Move Heroes, Turtle Beach headsets and Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars. Keep in mind the 3DS launches a week after that, so try not to go broke.
Amazon offers up to $20 for pre-ordering select games
Usually it’s Kmart that gives away free money for buying games from them. Then again, Kmart’s gaming deals usually don’t include pre-orders. It looks like Amazon got the drop on everyone this time. The online retailer is giving away credits worth up to $20 if you pre-order certain games.
Lego Harry Potter on its way
This one’s still technically a rumor, but it comes from good sources and it makes so much sense that it warrants some speculation. Right after Warner Brothers opened its spanking new Australian office, the conglomerate turned around and snapped up UK games publisher Travelers Tales (best known for the recent Lego Star Wars titles).
