Memorex is known for making DVD players, TV’s, iPod accessories and other electronic gadgets but I bet you didn’t know that they also make video game accessories.
They actually have a wide range of controllers, peripherals, steering wheels, cases and other accessories for gamers. The Game Controller Plus is their newest addition to the Wii console and their first step in developing more accessories that use the new motion technology.
CES 2010: Memorex releasing Nintendo Wii and DS accessories
Memorex has been creating electronics accessories and electronics for a long time but mainly focused on audio and visual equipment and accessories. But, at CES 2010, Memorex will show off its first video game accessories. For the moment, it seems the company’s focus is on Nintendo products and the items announced include necessary equipment and useful accessories.
Memorex is mainly working on Wii accessories and equipment. Some of the equipment could be considered necessary essentials, like the $14.99 expanded range, wireless sensor bar with eight-foot charging cable, $14.00 Ni-MH rechargeable Wii Fit balance board battery with six-foot long cable, $29.99 dual controller charging kit that comes with Ni-MH rechargeable battery and $39.99 starter kit that includes a wireless sensor bar, two Ni-MG batteries, dual control charger and gold-plated component cable.
